عن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: أكثروا الصلاة علي في الليلة الزهراء واليوم الأغر فإن صلاتكم تعرض علي فأدعو لكم وأستغفر (القربة لابن بشكوال، الرقم: ۱۰۷، وسنده ضعيف كما في القول البديع ص 335)
Hazrat Umar bin Khattaab رضي الله عنه reports that Sayyiduna Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said; “Increase your recitation of Durood upon me on the night and day of Jumu’ah as your Durood is presented to me. I then make Dua for you and ask Allah Ta’ala جل جلاله to forgive your sins.”

Reflections
If anyone of us receive the message that a certain pious person made dua for him, how excited won’t he be. Now look at the above Hadith! This Hadith is a clear message that any Ummati who increases his durood on the night and day of Jumuah will secure the dua of the King of all the Awliyaa رحمهم الله, Imam of the Ambiyaa عليهم السلام, the best of the creation, our Nabi Muhammad صلي الله عليه وسلم .

May Allah Ta’ala make us the means of durood spreading to the four corners of the world. Ameen.
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ دَائِمَاً أَبَدًا عَلَى حَبِيْبِكَ خَيْرِ الْخَلْقِ كُلِّهِمِ
“O Sustainer, shower Salaat and Salaam forever and ever upon Your beloved, who is the best of all creation.”
جَزَی اللہُ عَنَّا نَبِيَّنَا مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْه وسَلَّمَ بِمَا هُوَ أَھْلُهُ
May Allah Ta’ala جل جلاله reward our Nabi Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم on our behalf such a reward that is due to Him.
